Very often I get asked, what is just ONE thing I should be doing to target the signs of aging?

It is very important to note that Vitamin C is an unstable active ingredient. This means that it rapidly oxidizes on its own, and primarily when in liquid form. There are several ways to tackle this oxidization. Namely, pairing vitamin C with a powerful Antioxidant Vitamin E, and Ferulic acid prevents oxidization and helps to stabilize the ingredient. Additionally, choosing airless, opaque packaging further prevents oxidative damage to the ingredient, so you get more bang for your buck. Some formulations opt for you to mix the vitamin C powder into your skincare yourself (think True Botanicals or Drunk Elephant), however, there are also ingredients on the market called "Stable-C". This is a stabilized form of Vitamin C that won't oxidize.
